【摘要】 通过回顾科技成果转化率相关研究,归纳出科技成果转化率的内涵,并根据海洋领域实际情况,给出海洋科技成果转化率的定义;基于该定义,定量测算我国2000—2012年期间的海洋科技成果转化率;运用趋势外推法开展2015年、2020年、2030年、2050年我国海洋科技成果转化率预测研究,并进行对比分析;针对以上测算与预测研究结果,提出促进我国海洋科技成果转化的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 After reviewing the research about marine science and technology transfer rate at home and abroad, this paper generalizes the concept and connotation of marine science and technology transfer rate. Based on the different scopes of the connotations, this paper calculates the marine science and technology transfer rate of our country in the period 2000-2012, and explores the appropriate method to calculate the marine science and technology transfer rate which is suitable for the current development situation in the oceanic field in China, to quantitatively analyze the transformation level of marine science and technology achievements of our country. Then, this paper uses the trend extrapolation to forecast the marine science and technology transfer rate of our country in 2015, 2020,2030, 2050, analyzes the gap of marine science and technology transfer rate between the oceanic field and other areas in China, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the marine science and technology transfer rate of our country.更多还原
