【摘要】 目的观察聚束蛋白(Fascin)、埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)在卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达,并分析其临床意义。方法选择卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织标本135份,其中卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤组织75份、卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤组织30份、卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织30份。采用免疫组化SP法检测各肿瘤组织中Fascin、Ezrin的阳性表达水平;并分析卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤组织中Fascin、Ezrin的表达与患者临床病理特征的关系及二者的相关性。结果卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤组织中Fascin、Ezrin的阳性表达率明显高于卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤组织和卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织(P均<0.01)。卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤组织中Fascin、Ezrin的阳性表达与患者FIGO临床分期、淋巴结转移、腹水显著相关(P均<0.05),且二者的阳性表达在卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤组织中呈正相关(r=0.248,P<0.05)。结论卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤组织中Fascin、Ezrin阳性表达升高;其阳性表达可能与卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤的浸润、转移有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the positive expression of Fascin and Ezrin in ovarian epithelial tumor and to investigate clinical significance.Methods Totally 135 cases of ovarian epithelial tumor tissue samples were selected,including75 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma tissues,and 30 cases of borderline ovarian epithelial tumor tissues,30 cases of ovarian benign epithelial tumor tissues.The positive expression levels of Fascin and Ezrin in all cases were detected by using immunohistochemical SP method; and the relationships between the expression of Fascin and Ezrin and patients’ clinical pathological features in ovarian epithelial carcinoma tissues as well as their correlation between each other were analyzed.Results The positive frequencies of Fascin and Ezrin expression in the malignant ovarian tumor tissues were significantly higher than those in the ovarian benign and borderline tumor tissues,with a significant difference between two groups(all P< 0.01).Fascin and Ezrin positive expression in the ovarian epithelial tumor was significantly correlated with FIGO clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and ascites(all P < 0.05).Fascin expression was positively correlated with Ezrin in ovarian epithelial tumor(r = 0.248,P < 0.05).Conclusion The Fascin and Ezrin positive expression in the ovarian epithelial carcinoma tissues is increased,which may be associated with the infiltration and metastasis of ovarian epithelial carcinoma.更多还原
