【摘要】 目的 :观察中医综合疗法治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法 :90例符合入选标准的脑瘫患儿按就诊时间、性别分为观察组(中医综合疗法加康复治疗)和对照组(康复治疗),连续治疗3个月。治疗前和治疗结束后分别进行粗大运动功能量表及发育商DQ评估,并进行组间疗效比较。结果:观察组总有效率95%,优于对照组80%(P<0.01);观察组粗大运动功能量表及发育商DQ评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗脑瘫患儿疗效确切,安全方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM comprehensive therapy on children with cerebral palsy. Methods:According the visiting time and gender,90 children with cerebral palsy who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group(TCM comprehensive therapy plus comprehensive rehabilitation) and control group(comprehensive rehabilitation). The continuous treatment lasted for 3 months.The gross motor function measure and development quotient(DQ) were evaluated before and after treatment.The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95% which was higher than that(80%) of the control group(P< 0.01). The scores of the gross motor function measure and DQ of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P< 0.01). Conclusion:TCM comprehensive therapy is safe and convenient for the treatment of children with cerebral palsy.更多还原
