【摘要】 目的探讨70°鼻内镜下低温等离子剥推融切术治疗儿童腺样体肥大的方法及效果。方法对317例腺样体肥大患儿行鼻内镜下低温等离子剥推融切术,再辅以相应药物治疗,分析疗效。结果术后随访6~12个月,317例均无复发,疗效满意。结论 70°鼻内镜下低温等离子剥推融切术治疗儿童腺样体肥大具有视野清晰、界限清楚、出血少、患者康复快等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment method and effect of adenoidectomy with low-temperature plasma stripping-pushing-ablation under 70° nasal endoscopy for children with adenoidal hypertrophy. Methods A total of 317 children with adenoidal hypertrophy were treated by adenoidectomy with low-temperature plasma stripping-pushing-ablation under 70° nasal endoscopy,also they were given medicine. Results During a follow-up period of 6 to 12 months,there was no recurrence. Conclusion Apparent visual fields,clear boundary lines and quick recovery are got by adenoidectomy with low-temperature plasma stripping-pushing-ablation under 70° nasal endoscopy for children with adenoidal hypertrophy.更多还原
