【Abstract】 The article presents the general situation and the latest subject service characteristic case of Nanyang Technological University Library in Singapore and introduces the forefront developing concept of subject service from Singapore. The characteristic cases include subject service framework,service marketing service of deepening development of subject collection construction,service integrated into the scientific research support and cooperation service embedded in teaching. Based on the model,the article makes an in- depth analysis and discussion of new role positioning of subject librarian,development trend of subject service and sustainable development of subject librarian for academic libraries.更多还原
