【摘要】 新形势下高校党外代表人士队伍建设是统一战线的基础性、战略性工作任务。加强高校党外代表人士建设,必须廓清高校党外代表人士的内涵、素质和特点。目前,我国高校党外代表人士队伍建设中还存在思想认识不到位、物色发现不及时、培养培训跟不上、组织规划不科学等问题。要合理有效地解决这些问题,就要在发现储备环节注重创新体制机制;在培养培训环节更加突出政治标准;在选拔任用环节拓宽使用渠道;同时应充分发挥基层党组织在党外代表人士队伍建设中的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is of great significance to strengthen the team building of Personages the non-Party representative personages in university under the new circumstances. To improve the team building,it is necessary to distinguish the connotation,quality and characteristics of the non-Party representative personages in university. Currently,problems such as inappropriate viewpoint,untimely selection,training and development,unscientific organization and planning,still exist in the team building of them. Therefore,innovation of systems and regulations should be emphasized in their discovery and preserve,and political standards should be highlighted in their training. The range should be widened in their selection and nomination. Meanwhile,the function of Party organizations at the grass- rooted level should be brought into full play the team building of them.更多还原
