一种原位凝胶化温度敏感型液体栓塞材料——(Ⅱ)体外模拟研究
Study in Vitro of A New Thermosenstive Polymer in Situ Gelation as Medical Liquid Embolic Material
【摘要】 以合成的原位凝胶化温度敏感型聚合物poly(NIP-co-BMA)作为栓塞材料,建立体外栓塞效能模型模拟动脉瘤,验证聚合物的栓塞效能,筛选合适的聚合物浓度及配比,推注速度和推注量,为栓塞剂的临床试验提供实验数据;通过体外栓塞效能模型的实验结果发现,原位凝胶化温度敏感型聚合物poly(NIP-co-BMA)浓度为5%,推注速度为120 s/ml,推注量为2.3 ml时,栓塞效果很好。
【Abstract】 Thermosensitive copolymers poly( NIP- co- BMA) in situ gelation was used to treat aneurysm as liquid embolic material. An in vitro evaluation model to simulate the aneurysm was made to evaluate the polymer’s embolic efficacy and determine the optimal formula and concentration of the polymer. The injection speed and the injection volume were studied. The evaluation model in vitro provided experimental data for clinical trials of embolization agent. By experimental results of embolism evaluation model in vitro,we find the most suitable factors. The thermosensitive copolymers poly( NIP- co- BMA) in situ gelation concentration is 5% and the polymer volume of 2. 3 ml is pushed at the speed of 120 s / ml,the evaluation model is embolism completely.
