【Abstract】 This paper,with Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology as an example,researches and practices the order cultivation,co- construction and secondary school setup of university- enterprise cooperation as well as joint- equity cooperation in running schools successfully relying on educational advantage of Lushang Groups.
