【摘要】 目前大学生村官岗位培训中存在着一些容易被人忽略的问题,包括对岗位培训的意义存在狭隘化理解,培训内容拟定缺乏需求分析,培训师资力量缺乏整合,培训教材缺乏,多种培训方式结合不够,培训评价缺失等。解决目前大学生村官岗位培训中存在问题的优化策略:正确理解岗位培训,重视岗位培训。岗位培训可以避免大学生村官进入理论与实践脱节的误区。因需安排培训内容,组织部门应根据他们的工作进程进行相关培训。重视培训师资与培训教材建设。本着长远发展的思想,组织专家撰写统一规划的培训教材,多种培训方式合理搭配,大学生村官岗位培训的效果在很大程度上取决于培训方法的选择和多种培训模式的组合。重视评价,科学评价,大学生村官岗位培训应该增强"结果意识",要讲实效、求实绩,提高工作效率,有效推进工作。更多还原
