【摘要】 目的建立气相色谱(GC)测定当归药材中藁本内酯含量的方法,比较不同产地当归中藁本内酯含量,考察各地当归品质状况。方法以峰面积按外标法定量,测定甘肃、云南、四川及贵州四省六地当归中藁本内酯的含量,并作比较研究。结果不同产地当归中藁本内酯含量有明显差异。结论甘肃产当归中藁本内酯的含量均高于其他三省,九寨沟产区亦较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determination of ligustilide in Angelicae sinensis Radix by GC, and investigate the quality of Angelicae sinensis Radix from different habitats by comparison of the content of ligustilide. Methods The quantification was accomplished by external standard method. The contents of ligustilide in Angelicae sinensis Radix from different habitats including Gansu, Yunnan, Sichuan and Guizhou Province were determined and compared. Results The contents of ligustilide from different habitats showed obvious variance. Conclusion The content of ligustilide in Angelicae sinensis Radix from Gansu is higher than that of Angelicae sinensis Radix from the other provinces, and the property of Angelicae sinensis Radix from Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve is also good.更多还原
