【摘要】 目的建立扶正益气口服液中总皂苷含量测定的方法。方法采用D101型大孔吸附树脂分离和纯化口服液中总皂苷,以人参皂苷Re为对照品,香草醛-高氯酸-冰醋酸为显色剂,采用比色法于560 nm处测定口服液中总皂苷含量。结果标准曲线在20.4~204.0μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为101.8%,RSD为3.9%,且该方法在60 min内稳定。结论此法灵敏、简便、快速、重复性好,可作为扶正益气口服液中总皂苷的含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determination of the total saponins in Fuzheng Yiqi Oral Liquor. Methods The total saponins in Fuzheng Yiqi Oral Liquor were separated and purified by D101 macroporous adsorption resin, and the content of total saponins was determined by colorimetric method with ginsenoside Re as reference substance, vanillin-HCl O4-glacial acetic acid as color developing reagent at 560 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 20.4-204.0 μg. The average recovery was 101.8 %, with RSD of 3.9 %, and the method was stable within 60 min. Conclusion The method was sensitive, simple, rapid, and reproducible, and can be used for determination of total saponins in Fuzheng Yiqi Oral Liquor.更多还原
