基于投影寻踪聚类和遗传算法的农村水利现代化水平评价

【摘要】 为科学合理地评价农村水利现代化发展水平,根据农村水利现代化内涵,建立了二层6类共21个指标的评价指标体系,确定了各指标的评价阈值。基于投影寻踪聚类和遗传算法,将评价指标值标准化,再将标准化后的指标值视为投影参数,寻找出最佳的投影方向向量,对照划定好的评价标准,从而确定评价等级,并利用该方法评价了固安县的农村水利现代化发展水平。结果表明,固安县目前处于水利现代化中等水平,与固安县的发展现状基本吻合,表明该方法评价结果比较合理,适用于农村水利现代化评价。

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the rural water conservancy modernization level scientifically and reasonably,according to the connotation of the rural water conservancy modernization,this paper establishes a evaluation index system with a total of 21 indicators composed of two layers and six classes.Based on the projection pursuit clustering and genetic algorithm,the threshold value of each index is determined and the evaluation index is standardized.And then the standardized index values are taken as the projection parameters.The best projection direction vector is found.According to the defined evaluation criteria,the evaluation level is determined.The method is applied to evaluate the rural water conservancy modernization level of Gu’an county.The results show that Gu’an county is at a middle water conservancy modernization level,which is consistent with the current situation.It demonstrates that the method is reasonable,which is suitable for rural water conservancy modernization evaluation.
