混凝土破裂过程中的红外辐射特征与数值模拟研究

【摘要】 利用红外热像仪并结合PFC2D数值模拟软件,研究了高温养护环境下混凝土试块单轴压缩加载过程中的温度场与细观损伤情况。结果表明,随荷载的阶段性变化,混凝土红外辐射特性表现为压密阶段温度降低、弹塑性阶段温度升高、破坏阶段温度降低;高温异常条带包围低温异常条带是混凝土整个破坏过程中热像温度场的主要特征。可见红外热像技术与离散单元法相结合能更好地分析混凝土的宏细观结构破坏机理,为工程应用提供了技术支持。

【Abstract】 Combining infrared thermal imager with numerical simulation software PFC2 D,the concrete block under high temperature curing environment was pressurized in the uniaxial compressive stress to research the temperature field and the mesoscopic damage situation.The results indicate that with the phase change of the load,the infrared radiation feature appears on the temperature decrease of the pressure dense phase,temperature rise of elastic-plastic stage and temperature decrease of the damage stage;it was the main characters of infrared temperature field that the low temperature anomaly belt was surrounded by high temperature anomaly belt in the whole damage process of concrete.It was clear that combining infrared thermal image technology with discrete element method can better analyze the failure mechanism of macro mesoscopic structure of concrete,which provides technical support for engineering application.
