【Abstract】 For the micro-scratches appearing on the piston pin bore surface in an engine test,the paper finds out the reason after analyzing the load on the pin bore surface and the mixed lubrication model and comparing the results of chemistry treatment,and then optimizes the chemical treatment mode.
