肿瘤细胞与血管壁上白细胞的水动力作用
Hydrodynamic interaction between tumor cell and leukocyte adhering on blood vessel
【摘要】 多形核白细胞的存在对于肿瘤细胞的转移具有重要影响。该文以血液中的黑色素肿瘤细胞为例,模拟了其与附着血管壁面的白细胞之间的水动力相互作用。以往研究多将肿瘤细胞限于特定位置进行流场分析,该文采用了准定常方法,动态地描述了肿瘤细胞运动的过程。在不同的来流剪切率下,肿瘤细胞在与白细胞接触过程中的动力学特性会有所不同,且对肿瘤细胞最终的粘附结果产生影响。
【Abstract】 Leukocytes play important roles on metastasis of tumor cells. Hydrodynamic interactions between a migrating melanoma and a leukocyte fixed on the wall of a blood vessel is simulated. The quasi-steady method is used for describing the motion of the melanoma, which is different from flowanalyses around a melanoma at several specific positions in previous studies. Its migration behaviors are different under various flowshear rates, and consequently the adhesion perfomances of the melanoma are affected greatly.
