【摘要】 本文从科技进步支持海洋经济发展的现状出发,采用索洛模型对我国海洋经济的科技进步贡献率进行测度,在此基础上构建金融支持科技创新效率的评价指标体系,并基于DEA模型对我国沿海各省市的科技金融绩效进行评价。研究结果表明:2004—2013年,我国海洋经济的科技进步贡献率变化趋势呈现周期性特征;DEA模型测算结果显示我国沿海各省的金融支持科技创新效率具有明显的差别,效率值与经济金融发展水平存在一定的正相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper uses the Solow model to measure the contribution rate of marine science and technology development to marine economy of China,starting from the present situation of technology progress support to the Marine economy development,and constructs an evaluation index system of the financial support technology innovation,and builds a DEA model to evaluate technology finance performance in Coastal Provinces of China.The result indicated that: the contribution rate of marine science and technology development to marine economy is characterized by its periodicity from 2004 to 2013.DEA model calculated results show that the Efficiency value of the financial support technology innovation in China’s coastal provinces has obvious difference and has certain positive correlation with level of economic and financial development.Based on the above research results,this paper puts some forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of science and technology finance resources allocation.更多还原
