【摘要】 目的探讨缓解期精神分裂症患者人格特征与其社会行为模式的相关性。方法采用NEO人格问卷修订本(NEO-PI-R)、人际信任量表(ITS)、安全感量表(SQ)对111例缓解期精神分裂症患者(研究组)和125例正常健康者(对照组)进行评定,分析大五人格特征与人际信任、安全感的相关性。结果研究组NEO-PI-R问卷C维度低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组NEO-PI-R问卷的N维度与ITS量表的特殊信任因子呈正相关(P=0.031),A维度与特殊信任因子呈负相关(P=0.001),O、A维度与普遍信任因子呈正相关(P<0.05)。NEO-PI-R问卷的N维度与SQ量表的人际安全感因子呈负相关(P=0.000),A、C维度与人际安全感因子呈正相关(P<0.05),N维度与确定控制感因子呈负相关(P=0.000),O、A、C维度与确定控制感因子呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论缓解期精神分裂症患者的人格特征与其社会行为模式有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between the personality traits and social behavior mode of schizophrenic patients in remission stage. Methods 111 patients with schizophrenia in remission stage( study group) and 125 healthy subjects( control group) were assessed with NEO Personality Inventory-Revised edition( NEO-PI-R),Interpersonal Trust Scale( ITS) and Security Questionnaire( SQ). The correlation of big five personality traits with interpersonal trust and sense of security were analyzed between the two groups. Results Score of C dimension of NEO-PI-R in study group was significantly lower than that in control group( P < 0. 05). In study group,score of N dimension of NEO-PI-R was significantly positively correlated with factor score of special trust of ITS( P = 0. 031),while score of A dimension was significantly negatively correlated with factor score of special trust( P = 0. 001). Scores of O dimension and A dimension of NEO-PI-R in study group were significantly positively correlated with factor score of universal trust of ITS( P < 0. 05). Factor score of interpersonal safety of SQ was significantly negatively correlated with N dimension( P = 0. 000) and was significantly positively correlated with A and C dimensions( P < 0. 05) of NEO-PI-R in study group. Factor score of determine control of SQ was significantly negatively correlated with N dimension( P = 0. 000) and was significantly positively correlated with O,A,C dimensions of NEO-PI-R( P <0. 05).
