基于SFE-GC/MS检测烷基酚(OP)的前处理方法研究

【摘要】 研究了一种微量环境激素辛基酚GC/MS检测的前处理方法,以二氧化碳超临界萃取技术为手段进行前处理。以正交实验法优化了二氧化碳超临界萃取法提取土壤中微量辛基酚的工艺条件,优化的萃取条件是:萃取温度45℃,萃取压力30MPa,静态萃取时间60min,动态萃取时间90min。在优化条件下对土壤样品中微量辛基酚的提取率可以达到88%以上。

【Abstract】 In this paper,this paper studies a pretreatment method for a mirco environmental hormone octyl phenol detection based on GC/MS by using supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology.The extraction conditions for extracting mirco octyl phenol in soil are optimized though orthogonal tests,which are listed as follows:the extraction temperature is 45 ℃,the extraction pressure is 30 MPa,the static extraction time is 60 min and the dynamic extraction time is 90 min.The extraction rate of mirco octyl phenol in soil samples can reach more than 88% under the optimized extraction conditions.
