不同约束条件下球形礼花弹热安全性研究
Study on thermal safety of spherical display shells under different restrained conditions
【摘要】 使用热分析仪器和AKTS模拟软件对不同约束条件下的球形礼花弹的热安全性进行了模拟研究,得到药剂在不同约束条件下的自加速分解温度(SADT)以及稳定性曲线。为防止礼花弹在生产、仓储、运输、燃放过程中发生燃烧、爆炸事故提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the thermal analysis instruments and the AKTS simulation software,the thermal safety of the spherical display shellsunder different restrained conditions are researched and studied,and the conclusion are gained as follows:Self Accelerating Decomposition Temperature(SADT)of spherical display shells under different restrained conditions are calculated.The change curves of the complete reaction time coefficient with the ambient temperature are drawn.The results are of great significance in preventing and controlling the combustion,explosion accidents,so as to improve the safety situation of spherical display shells in the process of production,warehousing,transportation and discharging.
