酒石酸为络合剂合成纳米硼酸镍

【摘要】 以酒石酸为络合剂,硝酸镍、硼酸为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了硼酸镍。考察了酒石酸、硼酸含量及干凝胶的制备温度对硼酸镍晶态结构的影响,并通过进一步实验验证,结果表明,酒石酸含量在一定范围内及制备干凝胶的温度对产物晶体结构有一定影响,硼酸对产物的形貌存在影响。最终在250℃下以经济合理的原料配比(n(Ni(NO3)2·6H2O):n(H3BO3):n(酒石酸)=1:1.8:6)制备出干凝胶后在750℃焙烧处理,得到的纳米棒状产物衍射峰强、形貌均一。

【Abstract】 The nickel borate was synthesized by sol- gel method with the mixture of silver nitrate,nickel nitrate and boric acid as raw materials. The effects of the preparation temperature on the crystal structure of the nickel borate were investigated. The results show that the temperature of the product has a certain influence on the crystal structure of the product. At 250℃ the sample nickel borate( n( Ni( NO3)2·6H2O) : n( H3BO3) : n( C4H6O6) = 1: 1. 8: 6) was prepared in the oven. After calcination of the sample the diffraction peak intensity and morphology of the nickel borate nano rods were uniform.
