曲靖褐煤硝酸氧解制备腐植酸的实验研究

【摘要】 本文对云南曲靖褐煤进行了硝酸氧化分解制备NFA和NHA的实验研究,考察了影响NFA溶出率的主要因素;对褐煤氧解产物NFA和NHA进行了官能团含量分析和红外分析。结果表明:硝酸氧化降解能显著提高褐煤中NFA的含量,对NFA溶出率影响最大的因素是煤与氧化剂用量比,其次是氧化降解温度,氧化剂浓度影响最小。优化工艺为:煤酸比1∶0.40,硝酸浓度0.45mol/L,氧化时间60min,氧化温度80℃,硝基黄腐酸的溶出率为18.47%。官能团含量和红外分析表明,NFA和NHA在组成上有一定的相似性。

【Abstract】 The study aimed to extract fulvic acid and humic Acid fertilizer from brown coal using HNO3 as an oxidizer. The main factors that influenced the dissolution rate of the NFA were investigated. The chemical composition of NFA and NHA were characterized by chemical function group content and fourier transform infrared spectrometry. The results showed that the coal- oxidant ratio affected the yield markably,secondly it is the oxidization temperature,and the oxidant concentration have no obvious effect. The optimum conditions were determined as follows: coal- oxidant ratio 1 ∶ 0. 4,oxidization temperature 80℃,oxidization duration 60 min,concentration 0. 45 mol / L. Under the condition,the yield is up to 18. 47%.Analysis of component properties and IR indicates that the similar phenomena were observed in the NFA and NHA.
