(R)-2-羟基-4-苯基丁酸乙酯合成工艺研究进展
Process on Synthesis Technology of (R)-2-Hydroxyl-4-phenyl Ethyl Butyrate
【摘要】 (R)-2-羟基-4-苯基丁酸乙酯(R-HPBE)是一种重要的医药中间体,在合成普利类药物中具有非常广阔的应用前景。本文综述了采用生物法和化学法等制备R-HPBE的工艺,并对以上技术路线特点进行讨论,得出不对称催化氢化合成R-HPBE是一种绿色生产工艺。
【Abstract】 ( R)- 2- hydroxyl- 4- phenyl ethyl butyrate( R- HPBE) is a kind of important pharmaceutical intermediates,which has a very broad application prospects in the synthesis of captopril drugs. This paper illustrates the preparation route of R- HPBE and its characteristics by biological and chemical methods,with asymmetric that catalytic hydrogenation synthesis of R- HPBE is the kind of green process.
