【摘要】 了解济南市市售白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)的存留状况。对市售白酒(品牌酒及散装酒)进行采样,使用高效液相色谱法对白酒中的3种塑化剂:邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)进行检测。检测的49份样品中,散装酒的DBP超标率最高,达54.5%,个别样品含量高达6.58mg/kg,超出标准限量21.9倍;品牌酒的DBP超标率次之,为34.2%,样品中最高含量为1.95mg/kg,超出标准限量6.5倍;品牌酒中的DEHP超标率最低,为7.89%,最高超标2.5倍。济南市售白酒中存在PAEs超标问题,可能在生产、贮存、运输方面存在迁移污染,或为改善白酒品质人为加入,应加强对白酒中塑化剂含量的检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 To understand the phthalmic acid esters( PAEs) of liquor in Jinan area. For commercial liquor( brand wine and bulk wine),sample for stratified sampling,and using High Performance Liquid Chromatography( HPLC) to detect three kinds of PAEs: Dibutyl phthalate( DBP),Diethyl phthalate( DEP),Diethylhexyl phthalate( DEHP). After detected of 38 brand wine and 11 bulk wine,the highest over- standard rate is DBP in bulk,which have reached 54. 5% with the highest content of 6. 58 mg / kg,beyond the standard limit of 21. 9 times; the second- highest content,which the highest concentration in samples is 1. 95 mg / kg,is DBP in brand,with the over rate of 34. 2%,exceeding the standard 6. 5times;the lowest over rate is DEHP in bulk liquor with 7. 89%,2. 5 times of normal. The problem that the concentration of PAEs in liquor sold in Jinan beyond the standards still exists and the migration pollution may exist in the producing,storage and transport of the liquor,or producers add PAEs in order to improve the quality of liquor.
