【Abstract】 The feasibility of the school education and training is analyzed from the training standards,the structure and the way of realization of quality and ability and knowledge. The feasibility of the training scheme is analyzed from training mode,the teaching content and its implementation way. The feasibility of the training scheme in enterprise learning stage is analyzed from the training standards and methods,training courses and management,cultivation enterprise and teacher staff. The results showed that the implementation of excellent engineer’s education and training plan to chemical engineering specialty is completely feasible.更多还原
