【摘要】 目的了解北京市通州区2010-2013学年中小学生常见病患病情况及发展趋势,为制定学生常见病防治对策提供依据。方法收集2010-2013学年通州区中小学生健康体检资料,对学生龋齿、视力不良、贫血、营养不良、肥胖患病情况进行统计分析。结果 3年间,通州区中小学生恒牙龋齿、贫血、营养不良检出率分别从2010学年的9.96%、2.27%和21.89%下降到2013学年的8.52%、2.24%和18.23%;视力不良和肥胖检出率分别从2010学年的54.44%和14.30%上升到2013学年的56.31%和15.20%。结论学生常见病防治工作任重而道远,今后防治工作的重点是视力不良和肥胖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the prevalence and its changing trend of common diseases among primary and middle school students in Tongzhou district of Beijing,and to provide scientific evidence for prevention strategies development.Methods The information of health condition among primary and middle school students in Tongzhou District was collected during 2010 to 2013. The prevalence of dental caries,poor vision,anemia,malnutrition and obesity were analyzed. Results The prevalence of dental caries,anemia and malnutrition decreased from 9. 96%,2. 27% and 21. 89% in 2010 to 8. 52%,2. 24% and 18. 23% in 2013 respectively. However,the prevalence of poor vision and obesity increased from 54. 44% and14. 30% in 2010 to 56. 31% and 15. 20% in 2013. Conclusion There was still a long way to go to prevent and control common diseases among students. Poor vision and obesity should be focused on in the future.更多还原
