链状配合物{[Mn(ttcH2)2(bpy)]·bpy}n的合成与表征
Synthesis and characterization of coordination polymer { [Mn(ttcH2)2(bpy) ]·bpy}n
【摘要】 通过溶剂挥发法,由4,4’-联吡啶(4,4’-bpy),2,4,6-三巯基均三嗪(ttcH3)及含有不同反位阴离子的MnⅡ盐制备了配位聚合物{[Mn(ttc H2)2(bpy)]·bpy}n。X-射线单晶衍射结构分析表明该配位聚合物结晶于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群。中心MnⅡ离子的畸变八面体配位几何由一对处于硫酮异构型式的ttc H2-阴离子的两对N和S原子以及两个4,4’-bpy配体的两个N原子构成。而4,4’-bpy配体则通过两个吡啶环上的N原子将相邻的金属MnⅡ离子桥接为一维(1D)链状结构。该1D链状配位聚合物通过链间的氢键作用及与晶格中游离4,4’-bpy的氢键作用进一步拓展为三维(3D)超分子网络结构。
【Abstract】 Self-assembly of 4,4’-bipyridine( 4,4’-bpy) and trithiocyanuric acid( ttc H3) with Mn( OAc)2·4H2O affords a newcoordination polymer { [M n( ttc H2)2( bpy) ]·bpy}n. Single-crystal X-ray analysis indicates that complex crystallizes in monoclinic crystal system,C2 / c space group. The M nⅡ atom is coordinated by two pairs of S and N atoms from two ttc H2-anions,and two N atoms from two 4,4’-bpy ligands. The adjacent M n( Ⅱ) centers are extended to afford a one-dimensional( 1D) polymeric chain via the bridging of bpy ligands. These 1D chains are connected to a three-dimensional( 3D) supramolecular network via various hydrogen bonds.
