【摘要】 目的:探讨左乙拉西坦对儿童良性外侧裂癫癎夜间睡眠结构的影响。方法:对符合入组标准的患儿进行了规范化的治疗,并于治疗前、治疗第8周、治疗第12周分别进行全夜自然多导睡眠监测并分析结果,评价治疗前后各睡眠参数的差异。结果:患儿全部完成追踪复查,结果显示,与治疗前相比,治疗后快速眼动睡眠减少,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各睡眠参数与治疗前相比无明显差异。结论:左乙拉西坦对儿童良性外侧裂癫癎患儿睡眠结构无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of levetiracetam in night sleep structure of lateral fissure benign epilepsy of children. Methods: Conforming to the standard set into the children were treated standardized.Before treatment and 8 weeks, 12 weeks of treatment respectively, whole night natural polysomnogram was determined, analyzed results and evaluated sleep parameters before and after treatment. Results: In children with complete follow-up review, the results showed that compared with before treatment, after treatment REM sleep decreased, but there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0. 05), other rest sleep parameters compared with before treatment, no obvious difference. Conclusion:Levetiracetam has no obvious influence in sleep structure of children with lateral fissure benign epilepsy.更多还原
