【摘要】 用于贸易结算的发电上网关口电能表结算电量较大,其能否安全稳定运行受到发供电企业和电力用户的高度重视。通过分析近五年山东省发电上网关口电能表现场检验误差数据,并结合当前关口电能表现场检验工作现状和面临的突出问题,提出关口电能表实行现场状态检验,并给出相应的状态变量及其计算方法。最后对关口电能表现场状态检验流程及策略进行探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gateway energy meters for trade settlement are used to measure electric energy in huge quantity,so the safety and stabilization of gateway energy meters are paid high attentions both by power plants and power users.By means of analyzing the error data of gateway energy meters in past five years and the prominent problems of inspection on site,the state inspection of gateway energy meters is put forward,and state variables and their calculations are given.Also,the process and strategy of the state inspection are discussed.更多还原
