【摘要】 研究一种220 k V变电站旁路代线路开关操作方式,该方式不受一次设备运行状态改变影响,操作过程始终有一套主保护运行,避免线路保护误动、拒动及倒闸操作风险。介绍220 k V变电站母联兼旁路双母线主接线改进前后的旁路代线路开关操作方式,对比分析改进前后对电网运行及倒闸操作风险的影响。运行结果表明改进的操作方式在操作全过程不失去快速主保护,满足继电保护四性要求,避免了倒闸操作风险,能够保证电网安全稳定运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 An operating mode of the bypass breaker in 220 k V substation is studied.This mode is immune to the operating condition of electric equipment,and it can avoid risks of protection incorrect operation and switching operation by running the main protection during the operation.An introduction is given about switching operation of the 220 k V bypass breaker with bus coupler and bypass double bus.With regard to the influences on power network,a comparison is made between the former operating mode and the improved operation mode.Practical running results indicate that the improved operation mode is capable of fast main protection during the whole process,which satisfies four principles of relay protection,avoiding the risks of switching operation and securing the stability of power system.更多还原
