低NO_x燃烧器改造引起锅炉再热汽温降低的调整和改进

【摘要】 分析低NOx燃烧器改造对再热汽温的影响,研究燃烧器摆角和配风方式对提高再热汽温的作用。论述锅炉再热器受热面优化改造的设计原则:受热面改造不仅决定于再热汽的欠温程度,还应保证高负荷时不投入再热汽减温水;锅炉再热器改造还受到现有辅助设备运行状态的限制。选择施工较简单、系统改造最小的方案,通过增加高温段再热器受热面,使低负荷时再热汽温有一定提高。

【Abstract】 Taking a 300 MW boiler as an example,the impact of low NOxburner retrofit on reheat steam temperature is analyzed,operation adjustment of the burner tilt angle and the distribution of staging air are investigated. Design principles of boiler reheater heating surface retrofit are introduced. Quantity increased of heating surface in retrofit not only depends on steam temperature,but also should make it possible to put spray water out of service at high load.Operation conditions of other auxiliary equipment also expose influence on the quantity increased of heating surface.In the end,heating surface in high temperature reheater section are increased,which has improved the reheat steam temperature at low load since the retrofit project.
