电站凝汽器改造性能分析与评价

【摘要】 介绍145MW机组凝汽器改造的原因、技术方案和性能指标。为验证改造效果,在改造前后分别进行了凝汽器性能试验,根据测试和计算结果对凝汽器压力、端差、水阻、凝结水过冷度等重要指标在相近条件下进行了对比分析,结果均达到性能保证值。对凝汽器改造后的换热性能、经济性、可靠性以及影响凝汽器的因素进行了分析评价,提出了进一步提高凝汽器运行性能的建议,供同类型机组凝汽器改造借鉴。

【Abstract】 The reconstruction reason,technical scheme and performance indicators of 145 MW unit condenser are introduced in detail.Condenser performance tests before and afte r reconstruction are conducted in order to verify the effect of the reconstruction.Under similar conditions,comparative analysis of various important indicators,such as condenser pressure,terminal temperature difference,water resista nce,the condensate s upercooling degree are provided both for the test results and for calculation.Test results show that all guaranteed values have been achieved.Analysis and evaluation are also given on the condenser heat exchange performance,economic efficiency,reliability and the influencing factors of condenser.Suggestions for further improvement concerning condenser operation performance are put forward for reference of the reconstruction of condenser for the same type unit.
