【摘要】 目的:分析中医温针灸联合动态手法对肩周炎患者疼痛症状的影响。方法:选取2013年1月到12月内在我院接受治疗的106例肩周炎患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,分组治疗后对所有患者行VAS、活动功能评分以及疗效评价。结果:治疗后研究组患者的VAS评分明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3周后研究组痊愈的人数及有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者的活动功能评分及满意度评分明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医温针灸联合动态手法治疗肩周炎的疗效明显好于单一采用中医温针治疗,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine of needle warming moxibustion combined with dynamic manipulation on the pain symptom in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods: 106 cases of periarthritis of shoulder from January to December 2013 in our hospital,were randomly divided into controlled group and study group,evaluating VAS,function scores and curative effect of all patients after treatment.
