【摘要】 目的:研究麻杏生姜汤辨证加减联合西药治疗急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将我院116例急性支气管炎患者抽签随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均58例,对照组采取西医常规治疗,治疗组采取麻杏生姜汤辨证加减治疗,治疗2疗程后对临床疗效进行评价,并对比咳嗽、发热、喘憋、干湿啰音缓解时间及住院时间,同时分析两组治疗安全性。结果:治疗组咳嗽、发热、喘憋、干湿啰音缓解时间及住院时间与对照组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为94.83%,对照组总有效率为84.48%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组不良时间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:麻杏生姜汤辨证加减联合西药治疗急性支气管炎效果显著,且可缩短症状缓解时间,具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of dialectical addition and subtraction of maxingshengjiang decoction combined with western medicine on acute bronchitis. Methods 116 patients with acute bronchitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in control group were treated by regular western medicine,while patients in observation group were treated by dialectical addition and subtraction of maxingshengjiang decoction. The clinical effect,including the reducing time of cough,fever,breath holding,caudex and bubble,length of hospital stay,were evaluated after two courses.Results The reducing time of cough,fever,breath holding,caudex and bubble of observation respectively were( 2. 94 ± 1. 25)d,( 1. 72 ± 0. 61) d,( 2. 54 ± 0. 71) d,( 4. 58 ± 0. 95) d and the length of hospital stay was( 5. 38 ± 1. 44) d,which were different from( 4. 58 ± 1. 86) d,( 2. 63 ± 0. 77) d,( 4. 03 ± 0. 66) d,( 5. 88 ± 1. 15) d and( 7. 34 ± 1. 22) d of control group and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of observation group was 94. 83% which was different from 84. 48% of control group and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The difference of adverse events of two groups was not statistically significant( χ2= 1. 009,P > 0. 05). Conclusion Dialectical addition and subtraction of maxingshengjiang decoction has a great affect on the treatment of acute bronchitis and it can shorten the reducing time of symptoms.
