【摘要】 目的:观察中药自拟行气通腑汤治疗胰十二指肠切除术后胃肠动力低下的效果。方法:中药组32例胰十二指肠切除术后胃肠动力低下者给予中药汤剂治疗:术后第二天使用行气通腑汤100ml胃管慢滴8小时以上;待肛门排气后改为口服1日2次,每次50ml。对照组30例胰十二指肠切除术后胃肠动力低下者术后第二天盐水鼻饲,发生功能性胃轻瘫者应用枸橼酸莫沙必利,两组肛门排气后增加相同肠内营养。结果:行气通腑汤可显著缩短胰十二指肠切除术后患者肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气及排便时间,促进胃肠功能恢复,同时炎性因子CRP和IL-6水平降低。结论:行气通腑汤能缓解胰十二指肠切除术手术创伤引起的急性炎性反应,有助于胰十二指肠切除术后创口、肠功能的恢复并减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: It is to observe treating effects of low gastrointestinal motility after pancreaticoduodenectomy is applied by traditional Li Qi Tong Fu Soup in Chinese medicine. Methods: Chinese medicine group: 32 cases,the patients with low gastrointestinal motility after pancreaticoduodenectomy is applied are treated by Chinese medicine soup: on the second day after the surgery,100 ml Li Qi Tong Fu Soup would be injected with intravenous drip at slow speed for over 8 hours; and the amount would be changed into two drinks per day( 50 ml per drink) until successful passage of the gas by anus. Control group: 30 cases,on the second day,the patients with low gastrointestinal motility after pancreaticoduodenectomy is applied would receive saline water nasal feeding,and the patients with functional gastroparesis should use mosapride citrate dihydrate. And as for two of the cases,the same enteral nutrition has been added after the successful passage of the gas by anus. Result: Li Qi Tong Fu Soup could make remarkable shrinking time for recovery of borborygmus after the surgery,passage of the gas by anus and defecation and contribute to the recovery of gastrointestinal function; and the level of inflammatory factors CRP and IL- 6 have been reduced. Conclusion: Li Qi Tong Fu Soup could relieve acute inflammatory reactions induced by pancreaticoduodenectomy, contribute to recovery of wounds and intestinal function and reduce the complication.更多还原
