【摘要】 目的探讨"Ω"(改良襻式)吻合在胰肠吻合中运用的安全性及可靠性。方法回顾性研究2013年3月至2015年3月我院及华西医院40例患者运用"Ω"式空肠胰腺吻合在胰腺疾病中运用,探讨手术时间、手术出血量、术后住院时间、住院费用、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、术后患者进食时间、术后肠瘘、胰瘘、胰腺出血、消化道出血、吻合口出血、吻合口梗阻及腹痛、反流性胰腺炎等不适症状表现。结果患者术后恢复相对顺利,无1例出现胰瘘或肠瘘,随访半年未见明显反流性胰腺炎,胰腺出血发生。结论 "Ω"吻合在胰肠吻合运用中可靠安全,手术时间相对短,损伤小,术后并发症相对较少,有一定推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the safety and reliability of"Ω"( modified loop anastomosis) anastomosis in Pancreaticojejunostomy. Methods A retrospective study from March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital and West China Hospital,40 patients used "Ω"type in pancreatic jejunal anastomosis of pancreatic diseases,to investigate the operative time,blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,hospital costs,recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery,postoperative patients with eating time,postoperative intestinal fistula,pancreatic fistula,pancreatic bleeding,gastrointestinal bleeding,anastomotic bleeding,anastomotic outlet obstruction and abdominal pain,reflux pancreatitis symptoms and discomfort. Results Postoperative recovery was relatively smooth,no case of pancreatic fistula,or fistula,six months follow-up,there was no significant reflux pancreatitis,pancreatic bleeding. Conclusion "Ω"in Pancreaticojejunostomy was reliable and safe operation time was relatively short,small damage,relatively few postoperative complications,there are some promotional value.更多还原
