16层螺旋CTA后处理技术在儿童烟雾病诊断中的价值
Diagnostic Value of 16-slice Spiral CT Angiography Post-processing Techniques in Pediatric Moyamoya
【摘要】 目的探讨16层螺旋CTA(CT angiography,CTA)后处理技术在儿童烟雾病诊断中的价值。方法 8例儿童烟雾病病例均行CT平扫及CTA检查,在图像后处理工作站上运用多平面重建(multiplanar reconstruction,MPR)、最大密度投影(maximum intensity projection,MIP)和容积重建(volume rendering,VR)后处理技术成像评价颈内动脉颅内段及分支。由2名有经验的放射科副主任医师进行图像分析和诊断。结果 8例均可明确显示颈内动脉颅内段及分支的狭窄和闭塞,并可见脑基底部异常血管网形成,6例呈典型烟雾状改变,其中5例表现为脑梗塞,2例表现为脑软化灶,1例脑实质平扫未见异常。结论 16层螺旋CTA图像后处理技术能快速、准确地诊断儿童烟雾病,对于临床治疗方法的选择、防止病情进展具有重要作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of 16-slice spiral CT angiography( CTA) post-processing techniques in pediatric moyamoya. Methods 8 patients with pediatric moyamoya were performed plain CT scan and CTA,multiplanar reconstruction( MPR) 、maximum intensity projection( MIP) and volume rendering( VR) post-processing techniques were used to evaluate intracranial carotid artery and branch in the workstation for image post processing. All images were diagnosed by two experienced associate chief physician of radiologists in consensus. Results Stenosis and occlusion of intracranial carotid artery and branch were showed definitely in all 8 cases. Abnormal vascular net were also observed in cerebullar basilar part. 6 cases were typical moyamoya. Brain infarction in 5 cases,encephalomalacia in 2 cases,No abnormality seen performed plain CT scan in 1case. Conclusion 16-slice spiral CTA post-processing techniques can diagnose pediatric moyamoya quickly. It was very important in therapies and prevention the development of pathogenetic condition.
