【摘要】 目的分析川南地区不育症男性精液质量情况,探讨男性年龄对精液质量的影响,为男性不育症的临床诊断提供科学依据。方法对川南地区5405例男性不育症患者精液进行回顾性分析和统计,分析指标包括精液量、精子浓度、精子活率、活力、p H值等,并根据年龄分为<30岁、30~40岁、>40岁3组,分析比较各组精液参数。结果精液常规分析结果中,各项指标均正常占23.0%(1244/5405);精液质量异常占77.0%(4161/5405),无精子症占6.4%(345/5405)。异常精液参数主要以精子活力异常(85.4%,3257/3816)为主,精子活率异常(65.4%,2497/3816)次之。各年龄组间精子活力和活率有统计学差异(P<0.01),且随年龄的增加有下降趋势。小于30岁组的精液量高于>40岁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示随年龄增加精液量减少。结论川南地区男性不育患者的精液随年龄增长对精子活力、活率及精液量有一定影响,精子活力及活率异常是导致生育力低下的主要原因,及早就诊对不孕不育夫妇非常关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the sperm quality of male infertility in southern Sichuan and explore the effect of age on semen quality,which can provide the scientific basis for clinical treatment and effect observation of infertility. Methods The semen of 5405 cases of male infertility patients in southern Sichuan were retrospectively. The analysis index including semen volume,sperm density,sperm activity rate,motility parameters,p H value and so on. The results on the basis of age were divided into 3 groups,namely younger than 30 years old,between 30 and 40 years old,older than 40 years old. Results Of semen routine examination results,23. 0%( 1244 /5405) had all normal semen parameters,77. 0%( 4161 /5405) had abnormal semen parameters. 6. 4%( 345 /5405) azoospermatism. Of abnormal semen parameters,( 85. 4%,3257 /3816) had sperm progressive motility below normal threshold value,and( 65. 4%,2497 /3816) had abnormal sperm total motility below normal sperm progressive motility. Total motility had statistical difference( P < 0. 01) among the different age groups and semen parameters of these three groups had a descend tendency with the increase of age. Semen volume of 3 group means decreased gradually and have significant difference between the three groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The growth of the semen of male infertility patients with age to affect the semen parameters. The major cause of low fertility is abnormal sperm activity rate and motility.
