【摘要】 本试验就赤芍、白芍对L PS炎症小鼠血液生理指标的影响差异进行了比较研究。结果表明:赤芍、白芍可减轻L PS炎症对红细胞的损伤,降低白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NEUT)及淋巴细胞(LYM)的增高;赤芍显著增高小鼠血红蛋白(HGB)和降低WBC、NEUT的时间早于白芍,但白芍对L PS炎症小鼠L YM的降低作用更明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of radix paeoniae rubra and radix paeoniae alba on hematology in inflammation mice induced by LPS were compared in this paper. The results indicated that both radix paeoniae rubra and radix paeoniae alba could relieve the damage of red blood cells and inhibit the increase of WBC, NUET and LYM in inflammation induced by LPS. The time of radix paeoniae rubra increasing HGB,decreasing WBC and NEUT obviously in inflammatory mice was earlier than the time of radix paeoniae alba. The effect of radix paeoniae alba on decreasing LYM was more obvious than that of radix paeoniae rubra.更多还原
