【摘要】 传统多模态话语分析学者分别从功能语言学和认知角度分析了包括政治卡通漫画在内的图像—文字多模态话语,但较少关注作为人类认知工具和再现认知工具的多模态隐喻所隐藏的意识形态目的和身份构建功能。文章在视觉语法理论中结合多模态转隐喻理论,以图像隐喻为切入点,从功能和认知相结合的角度对两幅西方政治卡通漫画进行多模态话语解读,通过漫画构图的交际意义构建和多模态转隐喻认知机制解析,探索西方政治漫画对"中国"形象的构建及其隐藏的意识形态目的。研究发现,西方政治漫画中构建了"中国"贪婪、霸道、狡猾等形象以迎合其"中国威胁论"的意识形态目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional Multi-discourse analysts have analyzed image-text multi-discourses, including political cartoons, from the perspectives of functional grammar and cognition. However, few of them have paid attention to the hidden ideological purposes and image construction function of multimodal metaphor. Based on the theories of visual grammar and under the theory of multimodal metaphor and metonymy, this paper aims to reveal the construction of "China" image in western political cartoons and their hidden ideological purposes. It is found that such images as greediness, hegemony and being cunning of China have been constructed by western political cartoons to aid their ideological purposes of propagandizing "China Threat Theory".更多还原
