【摘要】 自我更新是新加坡人民行动党永葆活力的法宝之一。进入21世纪以来,人民行动党加快了自我更新的步伐,每次大选都推出众多的候选人。2011年大选,新加坡人民行动党又蝉联执政。这届大选带有新加坡和人民行动党最高领导人的选拔性质,为将来新加坡最高领导层形成做准备,乃至新加坡下任总理的人选都与这次人民行动党推出的新人有着莫大的关联。人民行动党在其自我更新方面与往届选举比较,无论新候选人的数量、年龄、学历、职业等方面,还是行动党高层的变动,都有突出的表现。行动党本身就有着自我更新的意识并逐渐形成了自我更新的传统,建立起一套成文或不成文的自我更新体系,每次选举其实都是行动党对自我更新的演练和见证。从2011年的大选可以看出,人民行动党自我更新的传统和体系更加成熟和稳健了。更多还原

【Abstract】 Self-renewal is one of the magic weapons to maintain the eternal vitality for the People’s Action Party of Singapore. Since the 21 th century,the People’s Action Party has speeded up the pace of self-renewal. A number of candidates are launched in every election. In the general election of 2011,the People’s Action Party stayed in power. With the nature of electing the supreme leader of both the nation and the People’s Action Party,that election prepared for the future formation of Singapore ’s highest leadership in that the newly launched leader of the people’s Action Party’s is likely to be the next prime minister of the nation. Compared with the previous elections,the self-renewal of the People ’s Action Party this time has outstanding performance,whether in the quantity,age,academic background,and occupation of the candidates or the high-level changes of the Party. The People’s Action Party itself has the consciousness and tradition of self-renewal and has established a set of self-renewal system,both stated and implied. In fact,every election is a practice and proof of the Party’s self-renewal. As can be seen from the general election in 2011,the tradition and system of the People’s Action Party’s self-renewal is more mature and stable.更多还原
