川西北高原5种牧草苗期抗旱性比较研究

【摘要】 采用盆栽自然干旱法,研究了川西北高原常见的"阿坝"硬秆仲彬草(Kengyilia rigidula cv."Aba"),"阿坝"垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans"Aba"),"川草2号"老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus cv."chuancao NO.2"),"川草引3号"草(Phalaris arundinacea cv."chuancaoyin No.3"),"阿坝"燕麦(Avena sativa cv."Aba")5个牧草品种苗期在模拟干旱胁迫下相关抗旱性生理生化指标的动态变化。试验结果表明:在干旱胁迫条件下,相对含水量和叶绿素含量均出现下降,下降幅度与受胁迫时间呈正相关态势;MDA含量、相对电导率、保护酶(POD、SOD)活性、渗透调节物质(Pro、SS)含量都增加,增加的幅度与胁迫时间呈正相关。采用隶属函数评价法对上述5种牧草的抗旱性进行了综合评价,评价结果表明,5种牧草品种抗旱大小为"阿坝"硬秆仲彬草>"阿坝"燕麦>"川草2号"老芒麦>"阿坝"垂穗披碱草>"川草引3号"草,确定"阿坝"硬秆仲彬草为川西北高原沙化草地治理的优选牧草品种。

【Abstract】 Five kinds of forages cultivated in the Northwest Plateau of Sichuan Province frequently, Kengyilia rigidula Aba, Elymus nutans " Aba", Elymus sibiricus cv. " chuancao NO.2", Phalaris arundinacea cv. " chuancaoyin No. 3" and Avena sativa cv." Aba", Five kinds of forages cultivated that used in the Northwest Plateau of Sichuan Province always were studied on the dynamic variety of physiological biochemical indexes in seeding stage by the pot experiment. The results showed: Compared with the physiological biochemical indexes between normal water and under drought treatment, the leaves of the relative water content and chlorophyll content delined and the decrease rang was along with prolonged stress. Relative electric conductivity, malondialdehyde( MDA) content,protective enzymes(POD, and SOD) activities and Osmotic regulation substances(Pro, SS) content increased and the increasing range and stress time were positively correlated. The subjection function way of fuzzy mathematics was carried out to appraise the drought-resistance of five forages, The results as follow: kengyilia rigidula " Aba" >Avena sativa L.cv. " Aba" >Elymus sibiricus cv."chuancao NO.2" >Elymus nutans "Aba" >Phalaris arundinacea L. cv. "chuancaoyin No.3". Kengyilia rigidula "Aba" is the first choice for controlling desertification grassland in Northwest Sichuan.
