5-羟色胺在双层纳米金修饰电极上的电化学行为及测定研究

【摘要】 利用含有连续腺嘌呤碱基模块的DNA(CA DNA)构建的双层纳米金修饰的玻碳电极。利用循环伏安法研究了5-羟色胺(5-HT)在此修饰电极上的电化学行为。发现对于5-HT的氧化,CA DNA构建的电极比巯基DNA构建的电极能够起到更明显的电催化作用。利用循环伏安法(CV)考察了5-HT测定的优化条件,并发现其浓度在6.0×10-8~1.0×10-6 mol/L范围内与氧化峰电流呈良好的线性关系。该电极可于实际样品的测定。

【Abstract】 To fabricate an electrode modified with 3D GNPs by virtue of DNA with consecutive adenine block(CA DNA). The electrochemical behavior of 5-Hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) at this modified electrode was also investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV). It was found that the CA DNA modified electrode shows a better electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of 5-HT than that at mercapto-DNA. The optimum conditions of 5-HT determination were studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and it was found that the linear relationship between oxidation peak current and concentration was in the linear range of 6.0× 10-8~1.0×10-6 mol/L. The modified electrode can be applied in the determination of 5-HT in the practical injection samples.
