【摘要】 目的探讨无痛静脉穿刺对小儿心理情绪的影响。方法选取在西安交通大学医学院第二附属医院儿科住院治疗的支气管肺炎且病情较轻的患儿120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。采用双盲法,在静脉穿刺前分别给观察组患儿予以5%利多卡因乳膏,给对照组患儿予以隆力奇蛇油护手霜各外敷1小时后行常规静脉穿刺,两组患儿均在行静脉穿刺治疗1周后进行医院焦虑抑郁量表测评。结果应用无痛静脉穿刺技术后两组患儿在抑郁和焦虑心理情绪的测评中有显著的差异(x~2值分别为7.222、6.618,均P<0.05)。结论应用无痛静脉穿刺技术可改善患儿抑郁和焦虑的不良心理情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of painless venipuncture on children’ s psychological emotion.Methods Totally 120 children with bronchopneumonia admitted in pediatric department of Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’ an Jiaotong University were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n =60).Double blind method was used.One hour before venipuncture,5%lidocaine cream was given to the cases in the observation group,while Longliqi hand cream was given to the control group.Routine venipuncture was taken in both groups,and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression(HAD) scale was applied in both groups one week after venipuncture.Results After the application of painless venipuncture technology,there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the assessment of depression and anxiety emotion(x~2 value was 7.222 and 6.618,respectively,both P < 0.05).Conclusion Painless venipuncture technology can improve children’ s adverse psychological emotion such as depression and anxiety.更多还原
