纺织品超临界CO2无水染色的产业化进程
Industrialization process of textile supercritical CO2 anhydrous dyeing
【摘要】 超临界CO2流体是一种绿色、环保、安全的流体介质,以其代替传统水浴对纺织品进行染色加工,可实现环保、清洁化生产,同时具有节水节能的优点,是对纺织印染行业的一次技术性革命。近年来,纺织品的超临界CO2无水染色技术已取得了显著进步,并已进入到商业化阶段。大力推进我国超临界CO2无水染色技术的产业化进程及其应用具有重要的现实和战略意义。
【Abstract】 Supercritical CO2 fluid is of green, environmental protection and safety. Replacing traditional water bath with supercritical CO2 fluid in dyeing process not only can realize environmental friendly and clean production but also possess advantages of water and energy saving, which is a technical revolution in textile printing and dyeing industry. Recently, textile supercritical CO2 anhydrous dyeing technology has made significant progress and reached commercialization stage. It shows important realistic and strategic significance to vigorously promote the industrialization process and application of supercritical CO2 anhydrous dyeing technology in China.
