负载纳米TiO2窗帘对室内空气中二甲苯的净化
Purification of xylene in indoor air by nano TiO2 curtain
【摘要】 介绍了纳米Ti O2/β-环糊精和纳米Ti O2固着于窗帘的整理工艺。在密闭的玻璃反应容器中,对整理的窗帘进行不同光降解二甲苯性能的研究,并对整理前后窗帘进行抗紫外性能检测。结果表明,纳米Ti O2/β-环糊精协同整理效果好于纳米Ti O2单独整理,纳米Ti O2整理剂中加入β-环糊精的光催化降解效果优势明显。通过2种整理剂处理的窗帘在不同光源下对二甲苯气体有不同的降解作用,其中日晒牢度仪光源效果最为明显。在室内自然光照射15天后,经纳米Ti O2/β-环糊精整理后的窗帘织物可将二甲苯(205 mg/m3)降解70.3%。
【Abstract】 The finishing technology of nano Ti O2/β-cyclodextrins and nano Ti O2 onto curtain is introduced. The photo-degradation properties of xylene with finished curtain was investigated in airtight glass containers, and the anti-violet properties of curtain before and after finishing was also tested. The results show that Ti O2/β-cyclodextrins exhibits collaborative finishing effect offering better property then nano Ti O2 finishing agent. The photodegradation effect of nano Ti O2 finishing agent with β-cyclodextrins is obviously improved. The finished curtain shows degradation effect to xylene under different light sources, especially under sunlight fastness lamp. 70.3%(205 mg/m3) xylene is degraded by nano Ti O2/β-cyclodextrins finished curtain with natural light indoors illuminating for 15 days.
