【摘要】 通过鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜试验(Het-Cam Test)研究氨基酸表面活性剂与常规表面活性剂对眼的刺激性。分别配制质量分数为1%的被测溶液,取0.3 m L滴加在鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜上反应5 min,对试验过程录影并拍照,根据刺激评分(IS)法测评结果。由试验结果可知,IS(椰油酰甘氨酸)=4.93,IS(月桂酸肌氨酸钠)=4.95,IS(椰油酰丙氨酸钠)=4.96,IS(月桂醇硫酸酯铵)=9.59,IS(月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠)=9.25,IS(月桂酰两性基乙酸钠)=9.10,IS(烷基糖苷)=4.82。除烷基糖苷外,氨基酸表面活性剂较其他被测常规表面活性剂温和。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eye stimulation was studied for amino acid surfactants and conventional surfactants with Het-Cam Test.Each agent under test was prepared in a 1% solution,and 0.3 m L solution was added on chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane for reaction for 5 min.The whole reaction process was recorded by videoing and taking photos.Then evaluation was made according to the irritation score(IS).IS(cocoyl glycine) =4.93,IS(sodium lauroyl sarcosinate) = 4.95,IS(sodium cocoyl alaninate) = 4.96,IS(ammonium lauryl sulfate) = 9.59,IS(sodium lauryl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate) = 9.25,IS(sodium lauroamphoacetate) = 9.10,IS(alkyl glycoside) = 4.82.In this experiment,amino acid surfactants are milder than other conventional surfactants except for alkyl glycoside.更多还原
