等离子体喷涂沉积氮化钛涂层初探
Characterization of Plasma Sprayed Nitride Coating
【摘要】 以氮化钛粉体为原料,采用大气等离子体喷涂技术制备氮化钛涂层,初步探查等离子体喷涂功率对氮化钛涂层微观结构、显微硬度和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:在43kw功率下制备的涂层微观结构均匀,气孔率较小,显示出较好的抗磨特性。此外,涂层中还观察到氧化钛的存在。
【Abstract】 Titanium nitride coating deposited on metal substrate via atmospheric plasma spraying.The effects of different plasma spraying power on microstructure,microhardness and wear resistance of TiN coating were studied.The results obtained shows that the structure of TiN coating prepared by APS at 43 kw was uniform,the porosity of the coating is low,the coating exhibited good wear resistance.
