【摘要】 利用"杯碟法"对黑龙江省400批次生乳样品进行了β-内酰胺酶的监测。结果显示,有来自5家企业的8批次样品β-内酰胺酶的检测结果呈阳性,阳性率为2%。可见,生乳中非法添加β-内酰胺酶的行为仍然存在,有关部门仍需加强对此不法行为的监管力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Monitorβ-lac-temase in raw milk of 400 batches samples by cylinder plate method. The results show that 8 positive results from5 enterprises,the positive rate is 2%.
