【Abstract】 The ocean outlook refers to the collections of thinking on understanding, utilizing, developing and managing the ocean fostered in the human’s dealing with the sea over the long time through continuous rational activities such as practice, review, refining, reflection and improvement. Both Chinese and foreign history show that the ocean outlook is the core connotation of the dialectical relationship between human and ocean as well as the key to the prosperity and fall of the marine cause of any country or region. In order to become a maritime power again and realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new historical period of the 21 st century, China must take into account the world trend and the needs of the times with Chinese characteristics; organically integrate the reasonable components of the traditional "yellow ocean outlook" and "blue ocean outlook"; and establish the "green ocean outlook" with resources and market as the internal demand and peace, equality, cooperation and environmental protection as the external features.更多还原
