几种黏度指数改进剂的增稠能力与剪切稳定性考察

【摘要】 采用活性阴离子聚合法合成了两种氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物,包括线形氢化异戊二烯/丁二烯-苯乙烯两嵌段共聚物和星形氢化异戊二烯/丁二烯-苯乙烯两嵌段共聚物,研究了其作为黏度指数改进剂的增稠能力和剪切稳定性,并与几种市售黏度指数改进剂的性能进行了对比。重点研究了聚合物结构与分子量对增稠能力、剪切稳定性的影响,分析了剪切前后黏度指数改进剂的变化,考察了几种黏度指数改进剂的黏度指数,研究了干胶含量对黏度指数的影响。

【Abstract】 Two kinds of hydrogenated styrene- diene polymers including liner hydrogenated isoprene / butadiene- styrene diblock copolymer and star- shaped hydrogenated isoprene / butadiene- styrene diblock copolymer were synthesized via living anionic polymerization.The thickening ability and shear stability of the copolymers as viscosity index improvers( Ⅶs) were investigated and compared with several Ⅶs which were obtained from other suppliers. The effects of the polymers’ structure and molecule weight on the thickening ability and shear stability were studied primarily,and the changes of the Ⅶs before and after being sheared were analyzed too. The viscosity indexes of the Ⅶs were investigated,and the effects of the content of the polymers on the viscosity indexes were studied.
